REFUND
POLICY

REFUND POLICY:

At Stallions Lacrosse/Top Tier Management Group, we strive to provide the best experience for our athletes and their families. Please take a moment to review our refund policy before completing your registration.

Deposits:

  • All deposits are non-refundable once registration has been completed.

In the event of a withdrawal prior to the season, any hard goods expenses (such as helmets, uniforms, or team swag) that have been ordered will be deducted from the deposit before the balance is refunded.

Installments:

  • Once the season has officially started, no refunds will be provided for any additional installment payments made.
  • Exception: If a player experiences a season-ending injury, a refund may be considered for any remaining installments. This will be contingent upon clear communication between the family and management, and medical documentation may be required to support the claim.

SAFETY

  • Stallions Lacrosse Coaches will follow the Three Tier Policy.  There will always be at least three people present – two coaches and a player or two players and a coach at all times, at all Stallions Lacrosse Events.
  • All Stallions Lacrosse Coaches, employees and volunteers complete a background check before attending any Stallions Lacrosse Event.
  • Stallions Lacrosse does not support our coaching staff in sharing overnight accommodations with players (except for their own sons) without the player’s parent present.
  • Stallions Lacrosse does not support our coaching staff in transporting players ( except for their own sons) to and from practices, games and tournaments.

Stallions Lacrosse which includes the West and East Programs Registration Refund Policy:

  • All fees are expected in a timely manner as outlined at the time of registration and are non-refundable.  For questions regarding this policy please contact us at: admin@stallionscrosse.com.

GAME PLAYING TIME

THIS POLICY INCLUDES AND IS NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Playing time may not be equal.
  • Playing time is based on position, competition, score of game and team needs.
  • Playing time is determined by the coaching staff.
  • Practice attendance, on time and ready to play, attitude, sportsmanship and conduct  by player and parent,  and  a full uniform can all impact playing time.

CODE OF CONDUCT

THIS POLICY INCLUDES AND IS NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • All players are expected to be in full uniform for all games- uniform included shorts, jersey, tech tee, and equipment.  The only exception is a new Fall or Spring player who has not receive uniforms and/or equipment.
  • All players are expected to show proper sportsmanship on and off the field.
  • All players are expected to show the Coaches, teammates, opponents, officiations and parents respect at all times.
  • All issues should be addressed with the coaches before or after practice- this includes but not limited to playing time, game rotation and practice attendance,
  • Parents should be watching the game from the OPPOSITE side of the field as the team.
  • Parent should not be coaching from the sidelines.
  • Proper tailgating rules and behavior should be observed at all times.  Tailgating supplies and food are supplied by the individual team families, not by the Stallions Lacrosse Organization.  Tailgates are not open to any Stallions Lacrosse player.  Please be respectful of other Stallions Lacrosse Teams
